LF-10 Door Control Board

01General Features

The LF-10 board is designed for elevator doors with 24 V DC motors, offering high-comfort door control. Its original and ergonomic design makes it easy to use.

Difference from the printed manual

The correct assignment is K5 open, K3 close. The two are swapped in this table in the printed manual; the pairing shown here is the corrected one. If you are comparing against your PDF or printed copy, this is the difference.

Signal connection

The command signals can be powered in two ways. Which one you use depends on where the +24 V comes from.

05Commissioning

FIRST SETUPDo this first

Once the door assembly is complete, enter the configuration screen and set the options listed in the Menu section to suit the application.

Normal operation screen transitions

In the normal operating scenario, the + and keys move between screens. During manual drive, ENTER moves the panels in the closing direction and ESC moves them in the opening direction.

Entering the menu

To leave the configuration settings, press ESC until Exit? appears. When Exit is shown, press ENTER to return to normal operating mode.

07Troubleshooting

The situations most often met in the field and the points to check, in order.

The door does not moveCheck the power first
  1. Check the 220 V AC input.
  2. Measure the 20 V AC transformer output.
  3. If the 24V LED is not lit, check the glass fuse.
  4. Check the motor power connections.
  5. Check the open and close signals.
The door does not openSignal

Make sure the close signal (CLS / K3) LED is not lit and the open signal (OPN / K5) LED is lit.

The door does not closeSignal

Make sure the close signal (CLS / K3) LED is lit.

Manual door calibration does not startCalibration

If calibration does not start even though ENTER is held down: signals sent by the main board take priority, so manual calibration must be done with the OPN, CLS and NDG signal input connections removed.

The door slams or slows down too earlyLearning

Run the door learning procedure and check again.

The door reports a jam frequentlyMechanics / parameter
  • Check the encoder input.
  • The stuck force value may be set too low.
  • Check the door mechanics.
The door panels vibrateParameter
  • Check the Current KP value.
  • Check the encoder input.
The display reads Closed while the lock is closedMotor direction

If the board shows Closed on the display without moving at all when power is applied while the mechanism is locked, the motor direction is reversed. Apply power again and press ESC when the motor direction change warning appears.

In the open position the door closes and opens 2–3 cmSpring / force
  • If the problem occurs on a single floor only, the door spring on that floor may be too stiff — check it.
  • The open hold force value may be set too low; increase it.
